When I went to htc, the support did not know how to help me install it. My computer experts and htc said it was Laridian's problem. So, I bought a Blackberry because I really wanted the books. Laridian refused to help me and exchange what I had paid for but could not use. I tried for over a year to make it work. THAT IS POOR BUSINESS!!! I have used Laridian for years with My Palm.
