Welcome to my site. I’m Dr. Kevin Purcell, writer and minister.
Ever had a mission … a cause … that you couldn’t let go of no matter what people said or did? That’s me. My mission is to help build the church of Jesus Christ by making disciples of the people in my spheres of influence, focusing on the local church, and helping people use technology to support the Great Commission.
Thanks for stopping by KevinPurcell.org! This is where I share myself with the digital world.
If you want to contact me, then use the contact form below. I will be happy to respond as soon as I can. Any interest in having me review your products is appreciated, but those reviews must be published here.

Writing Ministry of Kevin Purcell
For the last 20 years, in addition to serving as a pastor in local churches, I wrote about technology in the church on this site. I previously wrote about technology for two secular tech sites and for a ministry technology site. I started working with Christian Computing Magazine.
For about 7 years I wrote for GottaBeMobile.com and Notebooks.com, a pair of tech blogs focused on mobile technology and notebook computers. This allowed me the opportunity to stay up to date on modern tech so that I could also help the church use technology to “Make Disciples of All Nations.”
Until recently, I wrote for ChurchTechToday, a site for church technology. I covered Bible tech, but sometimes wrote about other topics related to the church and ministry.
I’ve also published articles in Preaching Magazine, iPhone Life and a few other ministry journals and blogs, including the WORDsearch Bible Software blog.
Kevin Purcell’s YouTube Channels
I publish video reviews and information on two YouTube Channels. You can see my general personal channel on Connect with Kevin Purcell, a channel that’s more personal and ministry related. I don’t post there as often as I do on my other channel.
My other channel is my Theotek Channel a channel devoted to tech used in ministry. I post a lot about Bible study tech and just other technology I use and enjoy.
Anyone who wants to send me information about products to review here at KevinPurcell.org, then use the form below for that or for other reasons related to my site or writing ministry. However, I no longer work at any other site so all reviews will be posted here or on my YouTube channels.
Also, I do not accept third-party posts. I write everything that shows up here. However, if you want to contact me about a post, you can. I will charge $10,000 for a third-party post. Yes I know that’s a ridiculous price, but if you want to pay it I will post it.
